They are truly wonderful people at AMS. I was there for one year and the application was process was smooth and straightforward. I got the first month based on a credit check. The apartment was clean and fresh when I moved in.. While I was there, I had all issues taken care of promptly by maintenance. When I moved out, I got my deposit back fully. I can’t recommend them enough really. If you hold up your end of the deal, they will hold their end as well.
