They are truly wonderful people at AMS. I was there for one year and the application was process was smooth and straightforward. I got the first month based on a credit check. The apartment was clean and fresh when I moved in.. While I was there, I had all issues taken care of promptly by maintenance. When I moved out, I got my deposit back fully. I can’t recommend them enough really. If you hold up your end of the deal, they will hold their end as well.
Great office staff and was looking for the perfect place for me and I did !!! Can’t wait for memorial day for the beautiful pool.
